Purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Lexus of Brookfield. Attentive and friendly sales staff, fair pricing, excellent atmosphere. Bob Hill was terrific to work with. Brad Erie in finance also did a great job- super organized and efficient. The vehicle had a small needed repair that was agreed to at at point-of-sale. Service dept' didn't do a great job with communicating service delays (hence the 4-stars), but the quality of work is top notch. Nonetheless, Bob did an excellent job keeping us in-the-loop and made sure we were fully satisfied (hence back to 5-star). I'd feel very comfortable buying from Lexus of Brookfield and Bob Hill again! More
