Bob is an excellent sales representative who is knowledgeable, and takes a personal interest in his clients/customers. Bob and his team were very easy to work with. The preowned vehicle is exactly as advertised on the internet. Bob provided me with all the information on the car and included the Car Fax vehicle history. The deal closed fairly and smoothly. All of our questions were answered on delivery day. This is my 4th Lexus purchase in last 20 years. Based on my experience with Bob Hill and Lexus of Brookfield, I will likely return in the future for other cars. More
