Our experience at Lexus of Brookfield began completely by chance, but it ended with us purchasing our first Lexus and becoming very happy new Lexus owners. We had originally gone to the dealership of the chance, but it ended with us purchasing our first Lexus and becoming very happy new Lexus owners. We had originally gone to the dealership of the brand we had been loyal to for years, intending to look into trading in our current vehicle. After having difficulty finding anyone available to assist us, we decided to stop at the nearby Lexus dealership instead. From the moment we arrived, the difference in experience was remarkable. Before we even made it through the door, Ben Briselden opened it for us and greeted us warmly. That first interaction set the tone for the entire experience. Ben was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without ever making us feel pressured. He took the time to answer our questions, show us the models we were interested in, and learn what we were looking for. Although we hadn’t even planned on test driving a vehicle that day, he encouraged us to take one of the models we liked for a drive so we could experience it for ourselves. Having never owned a Lexus before, purchasing one was a significant change for us. We had been very loyal to our previous vehicle brand, and we did not walk into Lexus that day expecting to buy a car. While the Lexus name and reputation may have gotten us through the door, Ben and the experience he provided are what gave us the confidence to make the investment and try something new. He made what could have been a stressful decision feel comfortable and exciting. The excellent service continued throughout the entire purchasing process. The financing team was very helpful in working with us to find the best financing terms available and took the time to clearly explain the different warranty options so we could make informed decisions about what was right for us. We appreciated that the financing process felt informative and helpful rather than pressured. Jose was also wonderful and took the time to walk us through the vehicle’s features and technology so we felt comfortable and confident with our new Lexus before leaving. What stood out most was that there was not a single negative interaction throughout the entire experience. The difference between Lexus of Brookfield and other dealerships we have dealt with was night and day. Rather than feeling as though the dealership was doing us a favor by selling us a vehicle, we genuinely felt that our business was valued and that they appreciated our decision to purchase from them. Our first experience with Lexus, we started by visiting the dealer just to begin the process of looking for mid-size SUV's, the first of multiple dealers we would visit. A few visits later we left as owners, part of the Lexus family and enjoyed every moment of the journey. Great sales team all the way around that supported one another to take care of us like we really mattered and we felt like it was genuine the entire time. One of our visits was Bob's day off and we simply wanted to look at interior and exterior color options, we let the other sales folks know that, instead of ignoring us, they jumped in to help us, bringing vehicles for us to test drive and compare, asked us questions, guided us, etc. Most dealerships would not treat you this way. Lexus of Brookfield and Bob Hill are the place to go for all your Lexus needs, thank you to all of you for your help, guidance and being a joy to be around. More
