Bob is very pleasant to work with. He is polite, courteous, and patient. I was an uncertain buyer who wanted to explore various options. I knew I wanted a Lexus but wasn’t sure NX or RX, pre-owned o courteous, and patient. I was an uncertain buyer who wanted to explore various options. the experience of buying a new Lexus RX350 at this dealership was great. Nate Rench who was my initial contact was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the RX line. He was easy to work with on the right car for me and what I was looking for. He even went above and beyond by going to Madison to get the SUV I wanted. Bob Hill was the team member who took over from Nate. He was the person that went to Madison to get my New Lexus RX350 and had it ready for me that same day. Bob was pleasant and strived to meet my needs with this new care experience. I can honestly say that if you are looking for a Lexus then this is the Dealer and Team you are looking for. More

Met with Bob Hill regarding a used Ford they had. He set up a time to test drive that worked best for my schedule. During the visit he was very informative and friendly. Everyone that was there that day working was very nice and easy to talk to. They weren't pushy and let me decide what was best for myself. Bob stayed in contact with me while I went home and figured out what I wanted. Once I bought the car they helped me to make sure all the proper paperwork was in place correctly and as an added bonus I received a dozen roses. Thank you for helping me through the whole process! Worked with Bob Hill on a used Lexus purchase for my daughter. When I arrived at the dealership the car was ready and waiting for me to take out on a test drive, and Bob was ready and waiting for me whe daughter. When I arrived at the dealership the car was ready and waiting for me to take out on a test drive, and Bob was ready and waiting for me when I returned. Left with a wonderful RX 350 that had been meticulously detailed and was a joy to drive home as well as a dozen roses for my wife and other gifts for the purchase that are simply a part of the experience of buying from this dealership.
