Excellent experience from start to finish. Purchased my car from an on-line search and was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of everyone I had contact with. I needed to travel from NY to pick up car from an on-line search and was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of everyone I had contact with. I needed to travel from NY to pick up the Beetle, and the entire staff were extremely accommodating to my travel plans. Bob Hill was very professional throughout the entire process, and never once complained about my multiple requests for pictures and videos of the car, seeing how I was going to purchase it sight unseen. Christopher expertly handled the paperwork and within an hour I was out the door headed back home. Great job everyone! Oh, and my wife LOVED the roses!! More

The Lexus Dealership of Brookfield Wisconsin is one of the nicest dealerships I've been through. The team is top notch and the service is unmatched. I drove six hours from Michigan to buy a vehicle and wo the nicest dealerships I've been through. The team is top notch and the service is unmatched. I drove six hours from Michigan to buy a vehicle and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Everything was as it seemed over the phone and the pictures didn't do justice.
