We drove from the far south suburbs of Chicago because this dealership had the exact Car we were looking for, a 2019; Lexus 350 ES, nightfall mica with a panoramic sun roof! . From our initial phone call,. to my wife and I driving out of the dealership, nothing but top notch service from our sales person Bob Hill. Bob went well beyond his responsibility. He picked us up at the train station, gave us very nice Lexus key rings, a very nice Lexus ink pen, and even gave my wife a dozen beautiful red roses. WOW!! My wife is now eyeing the Lexus IS and when she is ready, we will be back to Lexus of Brookfield to see Bob Hill! We highly recommend this dealership and Bob! We would also like to thank Chris Weness for so patiently showing us how to use all of the gadgets in this vehicle. More
