Warranty Service Purchased a Certified 2016 Buick and in for a routine oil change, they noticed a trim piece in the trunk missing. Told me about it, ordered it and called me to come in to have it installed. Made an appointment, they took me on time and I was back on the road in an hour. Great job West. Side! More

Great service oil change I needed an oil change on my truck and they fit me in on Saturday. Friendly reception when I arrived and very knowledgeable about the service needed. Needs brake job Took truck in for 2 recall work jobs. Was told I needed new brakes and rotors on rear of truck pads worn bad. Only 40000 mile on truck. Took rear tire Took truck in for 2 recall work jobs. Was told I needed new brakes and rotors on rear of truck pads worn bad. Only 40000 mile on truck. Took rear tires off myself to find 15 mm of pads left on all 4 pads also rotors still good. Paper work said 4 mm or more left. Also says do not actually measure pads. This is padding the bill in my eyes for it miss represents the actually wear. How many people actually look. More
