He is dedicated to providing his clients with top notch service, and has been awarded Mercedes-Benz’ Master certification status. Throughout his career he has also been awarded with many manufacturer certifications and honors. Bob has been married for 31 years, and has 3 grandchildren which he loves spending time with. When Bob is not at work, he enjoys fishing and teaches Sunday School at his local church.

I recently took my C300 in for Service B, a general service. I had no complaints except for an issue with the battery, which they replaced along with completing the service. After returning home, I par service. I had no complaints except for an issue with the battery, which they replaced along with completing the service. After returning home, I parked the car and didn’t start it for 2–3 days. When I finally started it, I heard a loud, strange noise that I had never heard before. If there had been any issues prior to the service, the service center should have identified and mentioned them as part of their inspection. This suggests everything was fine when I brought the car in, and they might have caused the issue during the service. When I called the service center to report the noise, they immediately denied any responsibility. I scheduled another appointment and dropped the car off for further inspection. After two days, they informed me that the noise was caused by a faulty blower, which needed to be replaced at a cost of around $1,000. I wasn’t prepared to pay for this because it wasn’t an issue when I initially brought the car in. I requested they return my car in the same condition as when I dropped it off. Instead, they started negotiating and offering discounts on the repair. I ultimately had to pay for something I didn’t plan for and believe wasn’t my fault. I’m very disappointed with their service and don’t recommend this kind of experience to anyone. More
