There were no “options” given, I was told I had to get the care package and I was also told that it could be used at any Chevy dealer which is false. The only reason I knew of options in financing is because I pressed for them, as an experienced buyer. The integrity of your business process seems questionable.

I asked him to call me when truck ready I don't get a call I called back 6:00 and found the shop closed 5:30. Now if he had told me that the shop clo

Now if he had told me that the shop closed that early and my truck was not going to be ready. I would be ok with that but, no. The shop closed with my truck in the shop and had no way to get work the day. I was NOT HAPPY!!

I have gone to other dealerships “Jim Thornton Chevy” they sold me the truck but wouldn’t return any of my calls after purchase. I went there to get my back lift gate repaired and the kick feature was not working after the repair. They advised someone would call me and that never happened even after paying for the lift gate repair. I lost my trust in Chevy until I tried Buddy Chevrolet. Thanks Buddy Chevrolet for treating me more than just a number.
