Unsatisfied Customer I came in with a flat tire. I was told the tire was unfixable and it would cost over $300.00. Then I took it elsewhere and it was just a nail in my I came in with a flat tire. Vehicle report blank. While the time I spent waiting was more than satisfactory, I was NOT HAPPY when I went to my car and looked at the vehicle report that comes with the While the time I spent waiting was more than satisfactory, I was NOT HAPPY when I went to my car and looked at the vehicle report that comes with the service. It was completely BLANK. No tread depth, no brake lining depth, was the Trans fluid ck'd, was the windshield washer fluid ck'd… No idea, not even a mark on the report. Went back in and I was told, "Oh car is fine, service tech would have said something". That may be true but I personally want to know Tire Tread, Brake Lining Depths.... and all other service was ck'd and done. More

Service to my VW Jetta I was basically happy with the service but was told first that the cost would be less than $25, then got a phone call and was told there would be a $1 I was basically happy with the service but was told first that the cost would be less than $25, then got a phone call and was told there would be a $129.99 diagnostic fee, then was told another price. It was a bit confusing. I was also told I need an inspection but they couldn't do it. Getting the Lyft to the train station was a nice perk. More

Great service but Not too happy with the price . I paid nearly $200 in diagnostics to replace a dead battery. So when it's all set and done i paid over $300 for a battery that cost $129. Most all o . Great service and great people however these diagnostic prices are a little hard swallow. More
