I purchased a new vehicle from this dealer less than 24 months ago - no complaints. Since then, the dealership (namely Bob Licht) has had zero interest in retaining me as a returning customer. I've inquire months ago - no complaints. Since then, the dealership (namely Bob Licht) has had zero interest in retaining me as a returning customer. I've inquired about multiple vehicles and on each occasion, he's tried charging me over the listed price and has refused any attempt to negotiate. Most recently, I inquired about a used vehicle which he again, refused to negotiate from the online price. Then, strangely, the online price went up! I asked him to put me in touch with a new salesman three times and he's failed to do so before ignoring me completely. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, take your money elsewhere. More

Bob Licht was a professional from the start. I sent an email to a general account saying that I wanted a RAV4 Prime. Once we met and discussed my preferences, he was honest and said, he would order what I wanted, but it might take a couple of months.
