My main impression was how knowledgeable and courteous Bob Licht the sales representative was and how patient. He showed us 3 cars even though we actually already liked the first. We wound up purchasing the third, a Prius 3 even though it was more costly. I think the main point to express is the efficiency of the sales and business manager and the lack of hard sell of items we really didn't need or want. And how amazing to leave with a car even before the check cleared! More
