Went to White Plains Honda (NY) today for a trade in, everyone was very helpful and friendly. They didn't have a car I wanted there but they found one in another place. The old car had an alarm to be rem everyone was very helpful and friendly. They didn't have a car I wanted there but they found one in another place. The old car had an alarm to be removed by a company down the street and they drove over and changed the plates so after the paperwork I drove home with the new car the same day after getting coached on the controls and getting my phone synced with the car.Thanks to Bob, Alex, Raquel, Chris and others, Mike. First off I am excited ! I purchased 2019 Honda Accord ! Its so beautiful. I was a Honda previous owner with 2017 Honda Civic. My experience here was overall satisfied. Whole reason why I gave 4 stars, I first came with an intent to buy a 2018 Honda Accord Touring showed on the website. The representative that we been emailing with , Cyara Quinones told me it is still available, when I came to the lot the dealer told me it’s sold out. I am so disappointed at first, ready to leave the door and purchased either a Buick or Toyota. Here are some auggestions, Please at least email your client that the car is sold out so that when we arrive at the lot we wont be as disappointed. Plus i came all the way from Stamford CT with an uber. My sales rep, Oscar has no clue about the communication I had with her and it’s not his fault. However, Miguel one of the sales rep he asked me to check out the 2019 Honda accord ,he explains the feautures are the same with 2018 accord Touring I want. He stated the differences with Touring, Touring has -leather seat -dashboard screen digital -turbocharged Which is not necessary feautures i need. So once i test drove it, i was in love. All the feautures I wanted in Touring are in this Accord. It’s a smooth purchased overall. Financed guy name Mike was fantastic. We’re think that they want to ‘robbed’ my pocket but he explained one by one and also provides some great advice for my purchased in long run. I am overall satisfied besides that one incident. Definitely would suggest anyone to get in touch with MIGUEL (sales department) he knows alot of knowledge about my car. He also provides 2 complimentary oil changed for me. and MIKE is a fantastic Finance person. The manager is so respectful as well. THANK YOU WHITE PLAINS HONDA for making me stay loyal to Honda.
