I have purchased two Porsches from this dealership in the last few years and will say that it has been the best overall experience I have had with any dealership over the past 40 years. From the "non pressure" sales rep to the service department, I have had exceptional experience. There is no "BS" from the sale rep and you get what youpay for. Justin Usary from the Service Department is a master at customer service. He is always friendly, helpful, resourceful and will bend over backwards to ensure you have a positive experience. I never thought I would have such words to say about a dealership but the staff has earned my respect and business. I dealt with Walter's Audi in the past and have to admit, the overall customer service was exceptional. There is no doubt that the Walter's family cares about their customers, regardless if you deal with Mercedes, Audi or Porsche. Nonetheless, Justin Usary is by far the leader in customer service.
