Bob is one of our Brand Ambassadors here at Walter's Porsche and a good one at that! That is why he stays so busy here at work but when he slips out the door for some down time he enjoys playing Ocean Sports, golfing, shooting, music and his grand kids. In fact, Bob has a home recording studio and says he spent the first 25 years of his life playing music and fooling with cars. Given a choice of vacation spots to watch a Arizona Sun Devils game, Bob would choose to return to Hawaii where he lived for twelve years but says any tropical getaway will suffice. I have purchased two Porsches from this dealership in the last few years and will say that it has been the best overall experience I have had with any dealership over the past 40 years. From the "non pressur last few years and will say that it has been the best overall experience I have had with any dealership over the past 40 years. From the "non pressure" sales rep to the service department, I have had exceptional experience. There is no "BS" from the sale rep and you get what youpay for. Justin Usary from the Service Department is a master at customer service. He is always friendly, helpful, resourceful and will bend over backwards to ensure you have a positive experience. I never thought I would have such words to say about a dealership but the staff has earned my respect and business. I dealt with Walter's Audi in the past and have to admit, the overall customer service was exceptional. There is no doubt that the Walter's family cares about their customers, regardless if you deal with Mercedes, Audi or Porsche. Nonetheless, Justin Usary is by far the leader in customer service. My experience at Walter's Porsche was wonderful. Robert McDonald was very knowledgable and helpful and my buying experience was great. I was nervous that I would feel intimidated however fealt at ease as s McDonald was very knowledgable and helpful and my buying experience was great. I was nervous that I would feel intimidated however fealt at ease as soon as I met Robert who came recommended by a friend. The location was about an hour drive from my home in Orange County but worth the distance. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Sonja More
