The best car buying experience EVER I must say, that its typically a stressful moment when dealing with trading your car in and negotiating the terms of a new vehicle. I went to Ford of I must say, that its typically a stressful moment when dealing with trading your car in and negotiating the terms of a new vehicle. I went to Ford of Londonderry not expecting to make any deals, in fact I went to test drive a different model car than I originally ha, and unsure if I would like the model. I was teamed up with Bob Morrisette who took us out for our test drive. Bob was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions fully. Upon return to the dealership, we began what is the typically stressful "haggling of prices", to get the best deal possible. This time, it actually didn't happen! The offers were made, and we agreed on the terms within 5 minutes. No stress, no feeling like I could have down better, just overall satisfaction that this dealership did right by me, enabling me to feel good about my deal. They treated us so very professionally, with courtesy and respect all the way through. All my questions about the sale were throughly explained, and I left with a new car, and a deal ship and salesman that I will go back to when I need a new car in the future.
