Jeff responded to my internet query within a few hours. They worked with me on the price of my trade and I got almost what I wanted. My partner (a Chevy Girl has a Z-06 age 75) Based on a Ford Ranger we recently rented in Arizona, Nevada, she just ordered a new Ranger Lariat from Jeff at Ford of Londonderry. I was quite surprised as she has always driven a Chevy. Mike will continue to be our tech of choice. When he retires, Frankie will take his place. The best people and the best Dealership. I have had at least 10 new Fords over my lifetime of 75 years. Including a 35 year career in the custom building industry. If I could afford it, I would have a new one right now. We ordered it in February and received the delivery in May, so a pretty quick fulfillment. Plenty of ordering incentives, and a generous trade value. Bob, Jeff and Roger could not have made the process easier - efficient, great communication, friendly and no pressure - other dealerships should take note. And the Service Department is awesome too. I am rather old (75) so I did most of my initial shopping on line. After some on line shopping, I selected Ford Of Londonderrty, both jeff and Bob followed up and found the exact vehicle at another dealersh on line. After some on line shopping, I selected Ford Of Londonderrty, both jeff and Bob followed up and found the exact vehicle at another dealership and we agreed on a price. Upon arriving at the dealership to move forward I was advised that the dealer that had the vehicle now had a buyer for it and was unwilling to transfer it to Ford of Londonderry. At that point I was rather disgusted, but also realized it was not their fault and they offered to go ahead and order another totally new vehicle with everything I wanted and still maintain the same trade in value for my 2018 Ford F-150. In short, I feel that they more than made good on their initial truck trade in and purchase price of a new Ford F-150. I am very satisfied and feel that they treated me very fairly. This is our second Ford Escape purchased here. The staff is excellent. Due to the COVID virus we wanted to get in and out quickly. Jeff, Bob and Rodger had us out in 20 minutes or so.
