This was overall one of the easiest vehicles I’ve bought. In just a few hours and with the exchange of some texts and emails I got a great trade in value and a pretty healthy discount on the new vehicle, without any real haggling.. On top of that they drove to meet me and make the exchange. The whole time I was thinking this is to good to be true and kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, which it DIDNT! I’m very happy with my deal and my truck and I will certainly reach out to Bob before I buy. I’d also like to mention the business portion because this part was also smooth and I already have my registration back from the dealer which is quicker than when I bought local..Bravo Jim Butler Chevrolet, you guys could teach how to do it and make sure to take care of Bob, I’d like to deal with him again! Been buying trucks from Mike Carroll since 1995 and have never been disappointed. Their willingness to deliver a vehicle is a valuable convenience. Salesman did not do as promised and upon delivery I found a chip in windshield with cracks that wasn't there when I bought it as was more paint chips on hood. Over priced there is no service after the sale they take advantage of a person especially women telling them stuff just to let them fix the problem if there ever was one I have done business with this deale advantage of a person especially women telling them stuff just to let them fix the problem if there ever was one I have done business with this dealership for a long time but the professionalism and service has went way down hill . I know prices have gone up but to pay almost one hundred dollars for an oil change is a little steep I won’t be going back. More
