Bob did a great job of trying to find the truck that I was looking for. He was very attentive. Also Keith in finance worked very hard to make this truck fit my budget. Both were very good. We’ve had several issues with our brand new vehicle. We were told we needed some new parts. They told us to call Wednesday we called left messages no one called us back. Called yesterday again spoke to We were told we needed some new parts. They told us to call Wednesday we called left messages no one called us back. Called yesterday again spoke to someone who said they would pass along the message and never got a call back. It’s been three days and have yet to hear back from anyone. Extremely disappointing to spend money on a new vehicle that they can’t seem to call back. They don’t value customer service. More
