We have three cats, who are spoiled rotten, and my wife makes pets of any animal who wanders into our yard. We love hiking, and spend every vacation in the White Mountains of Northern New Hampshire. This service department needs customer service training! Service manager was rude, took personal cell calls when checking me in, never addressed me when I approached the counter and ignored me when approa Service manager was rude, took personal cell calls when checking me in, never addressed me when I approached the counter and ignored me when approaching her desk to see what the status of my truck was after waiting 4 hours. Techs need to actually pay more attention to details. In 2 visits soon to be a 3rd they have not resolved a problem, recommended a solution that did not apply to my vehicle and did not test to see if the original complaint was resolved. More

Thought the buying cash with an appt. should have been completed much faster. The detailing was terrible. I could’ve done 100x’s better. Have a family member that is employed at. The only difference from the day I test drove the vehicle, was you sprayed some armor Al here and there. I found trash, leaves, some dried on sticky nasty “something”. Felt like I should have had protective gear on once I got a good look around. The bed was dirty with mud & sand. No it was not new but I worked very hard to buy it and feel it should’ve felt new to me not like it needed to be disinfected and I needed a shower after driving it home. Disappointed. Do not plan to return nor refer anyone. Being a loyal Toyota family, purchased new and used over the last 60+ years. This was the most disappointing and dirtiest vehicle we have ever purchased! So Sad More
