This in itself helped to make my car buying experience easy along with the fact that it was exactly what I was searching for. After the financing team was able to find financing for me and the deal was closed the general manager Bob Pletcher stopped to talk to me while I was transferring my personal belongings from my E320 to the newly purchased S500. This helped me feel good about the entire process. His reassurance and FYI gave me additional pleasure to know I made the right purchase from Foreign Cars Charlotte. I greatly appreciate both Kosta and Bob for making me feel comfortable and welcome, both before, during and after the sale. The car was also exactly as described online and meets my personal expectations! I met Ray Smith when I went to the dealership, and over the course of a couple of days, I was educated about the cars available, and the amenities and costs. We finally came to terms on a car at the Greensboro location of the dealership, and the car was delivered the next day. The final sales terms and financing and purchase documents were all concluded in a calm, no-pressure situation. All very professional. In addition to Ray, kudos to Luis Pinto in finance and to the manager, Bob Pletcher. Overall buying was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to seeing if the ongoing service relationship is just as pleasant. More
