Top Notch People With A Personal Touch Both Bob & Alondra were just fantastic. They were able to provide on the spot detailed information about all their vehicles as true experts. They treated us like we had been long-time friends, and didn't try to pressure us into anything. They took extra time to ensure that we got all the features/options that we were looking for in the style/model that we were looking at. There were a few features we couldn't find with what they had available, and rather than trying to push us to something that didn't have it, Bob took the time to find it through a sister dealership. Their primary focus was on getting us exactly what we asked for. Once we had decided on moving forward with a purchase, Robby was great to work with on pricing and trade in. In the end, we felt that we got an honest and great deal without any hassles. Alondra then also spent a lot of time and effort in explaining all of the in/outs of the vehicle and all of the technical features/capabilities before we left. Since purchasing the vehicle, both Bob and Alondra have followed up with us just to make sure things were going well, and to find out if we had additional questions, comments, or concerns after having the vehicle for a few weeks. They really make you feel like a valued customer and they really work hard to change the old stereotypes associated with car buying. It was specifically their knowledge/experience, attention to detail, approach-ability, and willingness to work with us on a personal level which sold us. I can't say enough good things about them.
