Razz is truly customer focused, solidly trustworthy and has a great personality and demeanor that I have ONLY met with Razz! He is solidly a super star! I know and trust if I have any car or dealership issues that I can go to Razz and will be promptly be taken care of! This is quite unusual for dealer ship experience! I rate Razz a solid 10! He is a true keeper AND I will ONLY deal with him or Alondra! More

Great Team! Raz and Alondra made us happy customers as we drove off in our new Avalon! Raz is a rare find in the car industry...direct, no xx kind of guy. Nothing worse than a lack of knowledge about the product being sold..but this guy knows his stuff. Alondra is an excellent compliment to his sales duo. Super sweet and very willing to answer as many questions as needed. Dave in service deserves some serious credit for being an honest guy as well. I trust him to take care of my teenage son when he brings his truck in without me..and do what needs to be done and nothing more. Really the team seems to be getting better and better with all the new changes! Keep up the good work! More
