Jeff, Albert and Leslie were the dream team to work with during our recent vehicle purchase and trade-in process. The right choice for me When I arrived at Findlay on April 2, I had no intention of buying a car. I wanted my "old faithful" car fixed. I was having a problem with the clim When I arrived at Findlay on April 2, I had no intention of buying a car. I wanted my "old faithful" car fixed. I was having a problem with the climate controll system, so I thought a dealer would be the place to go. Unfortunately, the fix would have been more expensive than "old faithful" was worth. In great distress, I inquired about a trade-in, and was introduced to Alan Hoover, who at his sales desk, patiently showed me many of the hundreds of new and used cars which might interest me. Gentle questioning brought me to the realization that a low milage, used vehicle might be my right choice. In the end, I found a three-year-old, low-milage lease return of the same make and model as "old faithful"!! I was ecstatic!! They arranged all the financing for me, and about two hours later, I was driving home in my new car. Thank you to all the sales and staff who helped me to "move on." More
