I have used Bozard Service on an 01 1 ton dualy, and was very pleased with the work done. We just bought a 2022 Lincoln Nautilus, and from walk in to exit, the entire experience is rated 5 stars. Bob was so personable, just from when he said hi. I told him about how ruff my day was going, I had to total my car today, from my car accident. The first thing he asked me was are u ok. I told him I was just looking at cars today to get ideas. But no car could take place of my Ecosport..So he listened to what I was wanting in my new car. I actually had a lot of wants. He was very perceptive of what I was saying. So we look at one that was a no for sure for me. So then he found a car that had checked off a lot of boxes. So I test drived it. I knew as soon as I sat down it was my new car. If he didn't help me I still believe I would be sad.. But now I have a beautiful new car, and I am very happy.. I will always go to Bob for my future car purchases. If anyone is looking for a car I will also bring up his name. Thanks again for helping me get passed my Moondust (Ecosport) and get my new car Lily( VW Jetta) More
