I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with, Philip (as I say he is absolutely super) but everyone Rich, Kathy, my daughter-in-law, and I have dealt with. Overall, we have only good feelings about our experience and I would not only buy again, but recommend Philip and Bozard to anyone who asks. I have now changed my not so great feelings about dealing with car dealerships but have actually discovered one I really like. Keep up the good work! I previously purchased a vehicle from Bozard in 2023 and it was an amazing experience! I decided to purchase a new 2026 Ford Explorer and I reached out to the same sales rep I worked with before. Devin was it was an amazing experience! I decided to purchase a new 2026 Ford Explorer and I reached out to the same sales rep I worked with before. Devin was very quick to respond and was able to work through some issues I had with the deal. I also worked with Ricky in the finance department and all I can say is he went above and beyond what I ever expected from a dealership! He is extremely personable and helped me work through some different options to get to the payment I wanted. In the end, it was the best possible experience I could have imagined. I also really appreciate they do not have any dealer markups or addendums on their vehicles! If you are in the market for a vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Devin and Ricky! They’re pretty quick with the paperwork. I literally cannot stand dealerships that have you sitting around for 345 hours it’s unnecessary. We’ve never had that experience with Bozard. We also go there for all of our service. We’ve actually moved about 3 1/2 hours away, but came back to Bozard to purchase our latest car. To us, It was worth the 7 Hour Dr. round-trip. Thank you!
