Overpriced oil change The first oil change we had done there was convenient, quick, cheap (less than $20), and we got a free coupon for a car wash at Kwik car afterward... The first oil change we had done there was convenient, quick, cheap (less than $20), and we got a free coupon for a car wash at Kwik car afterward... So, thinking this was typical service, since we were never told this was some type of first time promotion or anything. We were extremely surprised to be charged like $65 plus to have it changed the second time a few months later and didnt get a car wash coupon, so i guess well go back to vhanging our own oil or find someone more reasonably priced. More

Service is Second to None I own an older Toyota Avalon and came in to the service department with just a low tire pressure light. Paid back They kept their times and date of service to the letter. We got a full explanation of what was done and not done. While I was talking with Bob and S They kept their times and date of service to the letter. We got a full explanation of what was done and not done. While I was talking with Bob and Scott, I found out that I could apply for a refund of a driveshaft on my Tacoma I replaced three years ago, that was now being replaced as a courtesy by Toyota.. I found the receipts and sure enough, got a check last week for the full amount! Thanks for the information guys! More
