From our first call to Chad – the third generation in this family- owned business – we were treated with courtesy and honesty. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was ready for our inspection and test drive. The pricing was as promised and fair, as was a bumper to bumper warranty for the car. The nice thing was the owner, Bob, was away on vacation the Saturday we purchased the car. Upon his return the next day, he called to ask about our experience. When he heard we had a small problem with the windshield wipers, since we live an hour away, he apologized, said to fix it and send him the bill. I would highly recommend Auto Direct Cars, Chad and Bob for any of your used vehicle needs. More

When the check engine light turned on in my brand new Audi not even 48 hours later, I called Bob and he had us bring the car back the following morning. Fred and Chad were patient with my indecision. They did not pressure us at all and were very professional throughout our several visits as we "shopped around". I LOVE MY CAR--it's low mileage for the age of the car was a real find. It had just over 46,000 miles and a clean Carfax report. i would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good used car--the staff are professional and respectful and the customer service is great!
