We live in Fargo, ND and after talking with our sales guy through email and over the phone decided to make the trip and look at a truck. We showed up in the morning he already had the truck parked up front and reserved for a test drive. In less than an hour we knew what the truck would cost us and began paperwork. They were very efficient multitasking going over the vehicle with you as fininancing was being done in the back round. Also everyone there was friendly as could be. When everything was finalized we were on our way. What a great experience. Would recommend this dealer to anyone and definitely make the trip if you don’t live locally!! More

Most importantly they didn’t judge me, they were there to help me and I appreciate all their time they spent to help me get my new car!! Can’t say enough good things about my experience there! After a little tire kicking I decided I wanted to buy and he got things going and I was out of the lot in my new car about two hours after I showed up. He also was very helpful keeping my 3 yr old Son occupied and had some toy cars for him to play with. Everyone else was nice too. Part of the buying process includes a couple pitches on protective services for the car, however when I declined they still treated me very well. Overall it was a good experience! More

Best car purchase experience I had not brought a car in 13 years and was worried that I would get a high pressure sales pitch. I found a Jeep online at 9pm and used the online chat to make sure it was still available. After a couple of minutes of chatting, the sales rep. Bob Soucheray, asked if he could call me, he did and within a 5 minute conversation he confirmed the Jeep was available & we set up a time to meet the next afternoon to test drive the car. I’d already done a enough research and knew that it was the car I wanted, the entire process from when I walked into the dealership to driving away in my new Jeep took less than 2.5 hrs. Financing went very smoothly too. Everyone was extremely nice and the process was simple and fast. They are a great company to do business with! More
