Purchasing our vehicle from Dan Volz at Jeff Belzer’s Dodge in Lakeville was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. In less than a minute of entering the dealership, we were greeted with a smile and asked what we needed help with. I told him I was interested in the little convertible on the lot. Unfortunately,, there appeared to be more customers than sales professionals at that time, so Dan asked if my wife and I wouldn’t mind sitting in the lounge for five minutes while he finished with another customer. That was awesome customer service. True to his word, about five minutes later, Dan asked us to stop over by his desk where he looked up the vehicle. We talked a little about it and he grabbed keys. We went for a test ride and, when we returned, I talked things over with my wife and we decided to buy it. It was weird because, the whole time we were talking, Dan was sitting at his desk, waiting for us - absolutely zero pressure! The financing piece and the signing of papers went about as quickly as they could’ve and Jim McMahon on the business end of the deal was warm and funny and also helped make this the least painful experience as well. In the end, I drove out happy in my new ride. I’m sure if you searched Google reviews from 2016 or so, you’ll see a negative review because of a bad experience I had trying to look at a new Chevrolet at Belzer’s. Because of this, I was very reluctant to return to Belzer’s, even though the vehicle I really wanted was on their website. I’m glad I swallowed my pride and gave them another shot because this was so easy and I’m very happy with my new ride! More

Yesterday morning Blair and Bob reached out to alert me that the unicorn Chevy Bolt EV I'd been searching for had appeared in the showroom, and today I'm driving it off the lot. Went into the dealership to find the truck I wanted to purchase. found the exact ruck exact the box needed to be 6'5", this caused me to build my truck... It was a Chevy RST w/the Rally package, told the purchase. found the exact ruck exact the box needed to be 6'5", this caused me to build my truck... It was a Chevy RST w/the Rally package, told the salesman I want the same truck but the longer box.. Didn't get the Rally package, upsold me to 22" tires which cost me $3500 roughly & then i need to purchase my 4" side step assist boards for another $750.00. Sales manager came into picture to resolve the issue but only to pass it off to the parts/accessories guy...He was very helpful....to get me what I wanted but end result was about paying $3000.00 more for the truck than I needed to pay. Good help is hard to find...Apparently it's the customers responsibility to understand the truck descriptions vs the dealership!! Lesson learned...Thanks Belzers More
