I wanted to personally thank the service department team at Gustman Honda for getting my wife and I out of a big jam. We had travelled from MIchigan to Wisconsin to attend the EAA air show in Oskosh. On at Gustman Honda for getting my wife and I out of a big jam. We had travelled from MIchigan to Wisconsin to attend the EAA air show in Oskosh. On our way to the show out car broke down. We called Guzman and they understood the situation we were in an agreed to take a look at the car in the next couple of days. My wife and I were really hoping to have the car repaired before we had to head back to Michigan on Thursday. When we explained what was happening they agreed to take a quick look to rule out something simple. We were in the shop less than a half hour and they had corrected the problem and got us on our way to the show. A big thank you to the Gustman service team for being so understanding and efficient. More

Best dealership in the state! I have bought 8 cars with Gustman Honda over the past 10+ years. I bought all of them from Alan in sales and worked with Brian (Sales Manager) for I have bought 8 cars with Gustman Honda over the past 10+ years. I bought all of them from Alan in sales and worked with Brian (Sales Manager) for the past several years that he has been there. Alan is always fantastic to work with -- very professional, courteous, and cares about my needs. Brian has very competitive trade-in values and sales pricing yet there is NO pressure. Also no pressure in the Finance office either. I have had only amazing experiences with Gustman Honda's service department. I haven't needed much service besides preventive maintenance (thanks Honda reliability), but Scott and team are always prompt, do awesome work, and take great care of the car. It's so refreshing to work with a family-owned business with people that have so many years of experience and genuinely care for you like family. More
