I had great experience with Toyota of Des Moines Iowa. I knew what they wanted and they knew what I wanted and we were able to come together and make ends meet with both of us. I purchased a 2010 Prius from Jerry Kingery, who was great to work with. He worked hard to get me the best price. Our sales/service experience at Toyota of Des Moines could not have been better. Three of our sons and our daughter have purchased cars from Jerry over the past year also. They, too, have had an excellent experience. Pricing is fair and both Jerry and the managers were willing to work with all of us to find a price that fit our budget. Toyota of Des Moines is the most professional dealership we've ever been to. Everyone, from top to bottom, is courteous and responsive. It seems that customer service is a high priority.
