Bob was knowledgable, friendly, very low pressure and enjoyable to work with. They gave me a good deal on my trade in and I felt that their used vehicles were reasonably priced. The whole staff was very friendly. Our salesman, Bob Surprenant helped us select our new truck without pressure and with a fair price. (We had done research at other dealerships and online). He went over all of the truck's features in detail. After our purchase, we were introduced to the service and parts department folks. Very friendly and helpful. The woman who did the financial paperwork, Lisa, was also very friendly and nice. We were offered soft drinks, tea, or water on each of our two visits both by our salesman and by the sales manager. The restroom was very clean, something that was most appreciated. All in all, I highly recommend Sunshine and intend to buy from them again. More
