Josh was extremely polite, professional and straight forward I had been dreaming of purchasing a new Pacifica for years. When I was finally ready, my dad (a Chrysler retiree) urged me to go to Anderson Chrysler I had been dreaming of purchasing a new Pacifica for years. When I was finally ready, my dad (a Chrysler retiree) urged me to go to Anderson Chrysler because of his long-time friendship with manager Bob Williams. He also said for me to look up Josh. So, I did. The entire process went smoothly. I have had a wonderful experience with my minivan the past year and a half. It's a hybrid and everything works great. It's also beautiful - jazz blue with a light interior. So many people have complimented the car. I am a very happy customer. Although there are other dealerships much closer to my home, I feel very comfortable with Anderson and intend on going there again when I'm in the market. More
