I got a new vehicle that I never imagined I could own! I came in hoping to maybe get something better than what I had, which wasn't very good, and ended up leaving with the nicest vehicle I ever owned! However, communication throughout the entire process was poor. I initially waited 30 minutes after my apt time bc the car was not ready yet. When I came back to seal the deal I waited another 30 minutes after being greeted without having any idea why. Turns out the finance representative was behind- which is understandable. But I found it unacceptable not to communicate that to us while we waited. My last complaint was on the detail of the car. I asked for the interior to be shampooed and vacuumed as the previous owners had pets. The car was delivered with a poor vacuum job and none of the carpets were shampooed. If the price of the car wasn't so good, I would have gone elsewhere. More

Hubby got home from deployment, I told him exactly what was shown and told to me, he was surprised that I broke it down so well. (Goes to show how well Palmen broke it down to me). Hubby said no need for him to go so I went and got the same vehicle I test drove! I love it. Paperwork was so simple and fast. I was like that's it?! Bob Z. Even took 20 min after the sale to help me set up my phone and car connect. Went over some features again to make sure he didn't miss anything. I really appreciated that. Love my new vehicle. Asked if I could fill in pre credit app online and did. Stipulation on my part was I need to check vehicle out before finalizing deal. No problem. Met Bob Zeihen and the rest was history. Bob is fantastic!!!! Best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure working with. He took great care of my family and I and I definitely recommend you work with Bob. You will be very happy you did.
