Gave an offer online and was contacted within 20 minutes with a greeting and counter offer. Did not have to talk with anyone. How awesome is that!!!! Came back with counter offer and it was accepted. Asked if I could fill in pre credit app online and did. Stipulation on my part was I need to check vehicle out before finalizing deal. No problem. Met Bob Zeihen and the rest was history. Bob is fantastic!!!! Best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure working with. He took great care of my family and I and I definitely recommend you work with Bob. You will be very happy you did. Great Customer Service from Sales Bob was a great salesperson and not pushy at all. He listened to what I wanted and found an exact match from a different dealership. I wasn't charged to have it brought to the dealership and overall the car is pretty great. My biggest complaint however is there's a gouge in my backseat that the Service Department didn't inform my salesperson of and I had to catch it. They also don't know where my spare key is. I was told this will all be fixed, so I'm just waiting to see what happens. Overall I was very happy dealing with Bob and he made sure to go over all the features of my car before I left the dealership. I just wish my backseat was in good condition and hope they fix it soon. More
