Review I was very disturbed by the finance man suggesting I take a loan and get a kick-back rather than pay cash. He said it would be a $200 cash back as we I was very disturbed by the finance man suggesting I take a loan and get a kick-back rather than pay cash. He said it would be a $200 cash back as well as help my credit rating. From my perspective, I was charged an extra $200 because I chose to pay cash. I also thought it was arrogant to assume “helping my credit rating” would influence my decision. I am 74 years old and have had excellent credit for over 50 years. My previous marks of “excellent” rating and “yes” to recommending the dealership relates solely to my experience with my sales agent, Karl. If I had this to do over and was aware of kickbacks, I most likely would have returned to Brunswick Auto where my last 4 purchases were made, paid in cash and it was never suggested that I take out a loan. To me, the integrity of your dealership suffered by the time spent with Bob. More

Checked out the '17 Outback at the auto show, thinking about time to trade in our '09 Forester. Looked over the Ganley Westside Import web site, found the exact model in stock that we were interested in. We met Karl during our visit, he showed us the Outback, we took a test ride..... the rest is history! We love our new Outback! Can't say enough about the great customer service that we received from Karl in sales, and Bob in finance... They went "above and beyond" to make this a awesome car buying experience! Thank You! More

I had filled out paperwork to purchase a particular model, and realized that I needed to test drive a different model before I drove the original purchase home. Tom was prepared to help - and I chose another model of Subaru. Bob, the finance expert helped facilitate my choice as to whether to lease or own (with financing) the vehicle of choice and could not have been kinder as I changed my mind more than once throughout the process. Manager Bob Lisy knew that I was very anxious about the entire experience, and was instrumental in directing me to the right folks. I am looking forward to future visits for service, etc. More
