Worst buying experience I have ever had in my last 4 certified used car purchases in the past 6 years. They sold me a vehicle that according to Nissan corporate NEVER should have sold. This car had 2 St certified used car purchases in the past 6 years. They sold me a vehicle that according to Nissan corporate NEVER should have sold. This car had 2 Stop Sales, but they still sold it and said NOTHING. Sold as a certified preowned. They would NOT repair even though the issue had to do with the stop sale, battery overheating and expanding. Jenkins would NOT return or stop sale the vehicle but told me it was a deal, and I was responsible for paying even though they sold a vehicle in bad faith, knowing it had issues that would cause it NOT to run. This dealership is a bait and switch organization. They listed a Nissan Sentra online for 20840. I went there specifically for this vehicle however when I arrived the sales team added almost 9k of ex They listed a Nissan Sentra online for 20840. I went there specifically for this vehicle however when I arrived the sales team added almost 9k of extra’s causing the new price to be over 29k and the salesman had somewhat of an attitude. They say the extra costs are identified in the small print in the disclaimer. Their justification for the price increase is the Jenkins package that they PUT ON ALL OF THEIR VEHICLES. If the package is on all of their vehicles then the online price should reflect it, don't bait a customer into the showroom and then tell them that they have no choice especially since the items in the Jenkins Package doesn't value up to what they are charging for it i.e. locking lugs $199 plus many more overpriced items. I will be reaching out to the BBB because I think they are posting a lot of vehicles the same way. They get you there and then hit you with the additional fees and cost.
