Robbie, our salesman, approached us in the lot and made us feel welcome. We looked at several vehicles before choosing to test drive the one we ultimately bought. With Robbie’s help we were able to progress through the process with little or no pain. All the personnel we dealt with were friendly, knowledgable and experienced. We would highly recommend your dealership as well as the salesman, Robbie, the sales manager and the finance representative in the future. More

DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't give these CROOKS a dime of your money. When considering purchasing a car from an authorized dealer with hundreds PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't give these CROOKS a dime of your money. When considering purchasing a car from an authorized dealer with hundreds of cars in their lot, I expect a much more straightforward and honest approach vs a small dealer. Unfortunately this lot operates right in line with the SLEAZY stereotype car dealerships often have. From start to finish, every step of the car buying process with this lot was sleazy and dishonest. I was shopping for a Hyundai Sonata and specifically wanted one with a touch screen display in the car. After shopping around for days all around Nashville I finally found the car I wanted at a decent price of around 13,300 from this lot found on edmunds.com. I decided to call in to make sure the car was still there and to let them know I planned on coming by a few days later that Saturday. The salesman disagrees with the price I have found and says it is listed for 14,300 on their site. I directed him to the edmunds ad and after speaking with his manager they agreed to give me the edmunds price only if I financed through them. I reluctantly agreed as I prefer to use my local bank. Fast forward a few days and I arrive at the lot with my wife and two young kids under 2 and excited to purchase this car. After speaking with the same salesman I had on the phone originally named Austin who claimed had some young kids of his own so I trusted him to take care of me. After a few hours and a lot of paperwork his manger comes to me and says "I'm sorry but we aren't going to sell you the car for 13, 300, you will have to pay the price" I respond with "I just drove 3 hours to come buy this car and i was told by your salesman and a different manager that yall would honor the edmunds price if I financed through your lot" he didn't seem to care about that at all and would not come down more than a few hundred dollars from the 14,300 price he was now insisting on. I told him I was interested and that was bad business and walked about to my car. While beginning to load my kids up they ran out the door and said "we will do the deal" and walked me back in. After another hour they came back with the new paperwork and had to typed up for 13,400 NOT 13,300 as we had discussed but I didn't want to argue and wait for them re-print everything so I just kept quiet. So then we moved on to financing where they supposedly shop with "30+ banks to get you the best interest rate" keep in mind me and my wife have over 750 credit scores and have never missed a payment on anything so our interest rate should be very low. The best they could do was 5.85% which was worse than my local bank, but I accepted. Once we go to pay I notice a $750!!!! dollar docking fee. I have not bough many cars as I am only 24 and though this was very high but didn't really have the knowledge to argue with it. Ive since found out most dock fees are less then $250. Reluctantly I paid it as I was ready to leave after 5 hours and lots of lies we had dealt with. I pay $2000 down and am finally handed the single key for my car. They hand me ONE key with NO POWER LOCKS CONTROLS. This is a 2016 Hyundai Sonata with 36,000 miles and they feel its okay not to tell me over this 5 hour span they only have a single key that doesn't even control the power locks. I look at the salesman with disgust and you can see the embarrassment on his face. He just said "sorry I forgot we only had this one key" I was so angry at this point, but instead of going in the cause a scene I left. I called back and expressed my concerns with multiple "managers" asking for them to mail me a key that can control the power locks. They just played it off and promised they would call back and never did. I spoke with Bob and Josh who are both worthless. You would think this would be the end of it, but I got one more kick in the face on my way out, hopefully to never deal with these idiots again, my 5.85% interest rate on my loan skyrocketed to 8.2% in a period of 3 MONTHS. I didn't miss any payments and my credit has stayed the same. I feel like this had to be intentional. I have quickly refinanced so they don't get another dime from me. More

Best Car Shopping and Buying Experience Ever!! I wanted to take the time to let you know that your car salesman, Michael Lyles, was just wonderful! This was my first to every purchase a brand-new I wanted to take the time to let you know that your car salesman, Michael Lyles, was just wonderful! This was my first to every purchase a brand-new car. My son and I had been shopping around for about a month, and had gone to multiple dealerships. I had to rent a car, and the SUV happened to be a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The ride and features were amazing. Plus, my son had suffered a TBI and car rides can be horrible when he is having a bad day. After further research, I reached out to the Murfreesboro Hyundai dealership, that is when Mike reached out. We set an appointment for a test drive that evening! From the beginning he was Kind, courtesy, and welcoming. He did not approach us like we would just be another sale or number. He openly welcomed us, and made us feel at ease. He was already set-up and ready to go, he was ready for them to look at my trade, and he already had the car pulled up and ready for the test drive!! He was willing to listen to all my questions. He even made sure that my son was welcomed and part of the conversation, since he will be 16 in Jan. His knowledge of the vehicle was just outstanding!! The test drive went wonderful. And we were ready to make the deal happen. He did not try and push any crazy or extra add on’s since he knew a had a budget. And we were able to come to a good buying price quickly. The Sales manager Bobby Carter, personally came out to seal the deal, and he was very warm and personal. There was no pressure to buy that night, but they were willing to make it happen. I mean they listened and talked to us about life, and our interest and shared their own stories. You have no idea how amazing this was, and the fact that my buying a new car anxiety was literally gone, just because they treated me and my son with such kindness and warmth. When it came to sign all the paperwork the next day, Wes Martinez was also amazing it was such a smooth and easy process, he had everything ready to go, and again showed us the same warmth and kindness. He also let me know that at any time I could purchase add ones if I wanted to, but again no pressure. Then Mike, went over all of the car features, got me set up with the BlueLink, and walked me step by step through everything. He never made me feel rushed, and took his time to make me feel even more at ease with the purchase of my New Car!!!!!! Mike also sent me a thank you Car!! More
