I stopped into Murfreesboro VW-Hyundai and spoke with Michael Lyles. Michael patiently answered all of my questions even though I told him that I was still comparing various vehicles. I returned to the dealership a week later and Michael once again showed me the available vehicles on the lot and explained the benefits of the technology package that I was hoping to find. They were able to locate the vehicle that I wanted in the color that I desired and had it for me in two days. There are numerous features on my new vehicle and Michael stayed well past closing to make sure that I was comfortable with my new SUV. He introduced my to the service advisors and everyone made me feel welcome. More

Wes was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. He was not the least bit pushy but simply wanted to help me find the right car for me. I finally determined a compact SUV would best serve my needs. I visited all the dealerships in town and test drive just about every make out there. I went back to Murfreesboro Hyundai three times and finally settled on a new Santa Fe Sport. Wes, Bobby, Steve and David were all so pleasant and fun to work with.
