This statement was largely confirmed as we began the research and initial shopping in the effort to replace our 2014 Honda CR-V. Our research had led us to two choices: a 2017 Honda CR-V or a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Going back to the Honda dealer location where we've purchased Hondas since 1988 proved to be a time consuming and frustrating effort. But we did receive a reasonable offer, which we took to Hyundai of Murfreesboro in the effort to secure a better offer. Research indicated that the Tucson was a solid choice for our needs and after test driving a Tucson Limited, we were extremely satisfied with the driving characteristics and value. Steve, our sales representative, answered all our questions, evaluated our 2014 Honda CR-V trade in, and after working with Bobby Carter, the sales manager, came back with an excellent deal. After discussing the deal, I responded that after a near 30 year relationship with Honda, I felt honor bound to take the Hyundai deal back to Honda of Murfreesboro to see if they could better it (which I doubted). Before leaving, Ryan, the general manager, met with us to sweeten the deal even more. But Steve, Bobby and Ryan all understood and respected my decision to at least check with Honda of Murfreesboro. We left and went directly to the Honda dealer and spent a while there as they studied the offer from Hyundai but in the end were unable to counter it with anything other than criticism of the Hyundai offer and a paltry upping of their original offer, which my wife and I didn't appreciate. We did take both offers home to research them, quickly decided that the Hyundai offer was much, much better and then called Steve to inform him of our decision and then headed back to Hyundai of Murfreesboro to complete the deal. What impressed my wife and I the most was that Steve really listened to our needs and then worked closely with Bobby and Ryan to formulate an offer that literally blew us away. All three were exceptionally personable, professional and courteous in their dealings with us and really made us feel a part of the Hyundai family. Steve introduced us to Chris, the service manager, who professionally represented the critical element in long time satisfaction with any vehicle... Service. I was impressed and convinced that our new Hyundai Tucson Limited would be thoroughly serviced and maintained by a motivated group of highly trained Hyundai technicians. Our experience was excellent and we are excited about working with Hyundai of Murfreesboro for many years to come. More

My first Hyundai I cannot tell you how much I love my new Tucson, I have never owned a Hyundai so at first I was a little unsure, but after driving, looking at it and I cannot tell you how much I love my new Tucson, I have never owned a Hyundai so at first I was a little unsure, but after driving, looking at it and talking with my sales person, and the manager and answering my questions I felt so much better about it, and the warranty with is far better than most, which was another important decision for me, being a widower that I needed something reliable. Amazing Experience! I have dealt with nearly every luxury car dealership known over the years, from BMW to Infiniti. While luxury dealers are known for outstanding custom I have dealt with nearly every luxury car dealership known over the years, from BMW to Infiniti. While luxury dealers are known for outstanding customer service, none come close to the experience I had with Murfreesboro Hyundai VW. I came in from out of town but was made to feel like I was an old repeat customer even though I had never set foot in the dealership until a few days ago. I never felt uncomfortable or like I was not being treated fairly. Please give these folks a try. I am not easy to deal with, but you sure could not tell it by the effort and attitude I was presented from the first call to the drive away with my new, used car. More
