He was to the point an one which is why we returned to Muller Acura to purchase a car! As for the finance department, it was great working with Jeff. He was to the point and no xx, he explained what was covered and what was excluded so it made our decision a lot easier. The only thing we were not happy with with the finance percentage. Seemed a little shady when he presented us with a higher than expected rate but the was “able to get it lower”. Other than that it has been a wonderful experience and Bobby still reaches out to see how we are enjoying our new MDX! More
