Additionally, they both respected my time, while at the dealership, and remained focused on facilitating my purchase and not wasting my time by seeking up-sales that I didn't need or playing numbers games. It was a refreshing experience to have a meaningful focused negotiation with full transparency on both sides and a mutually shared desire to achieve a Win Win outcome for both parties. More

The whole team at Muller Acura made my experience positive and I’m really happy with our new car! All of the people I interacted with were patient professionals who took the time to answer so many qu positive and I’m really happy with our new car! All of the people I interacted with were patient professionals who took the time to answer so many questions and show me all I needed to see. German was instrumental in finding me the perfect vehicle and was responsive to my questions and concerns. He made introductions to the rest of the team there and I got great service from each person I encountered every step of the way. In addition to German, I also need to mention Miles, Matt, and the very knowledgeable Justin. Great customer service. I’d definitely recommend this dealership. More
