Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry the experience left you feeling frustrated. During your visit, our technician and service advisor were unable to locate the locking lug nut key required to remove the wheels and perform the tire rotation. Our advisor even went out to the vehicle with you to try and locate it but unfortunately it could not be found at the time. Because of that, we proceeded with the oil change portion of the service. Afterward, you were able to locate the key and returned to the service desk. By that point the technician had already moved on to the next waiting appointment and the shop was in the middle of the lunch rotation. Our team did offer to bring the vehicle back in as soon as the technician became available, but we understand you preferred not to wait at that time and instead scheduled a return visit. We truly appreciate your patience and are happy to complete the tire rotation for you at no charge during your next visit.
