So, my story started out helping my 26 year old daughter to purchase a vehicle. We had been looking on several lots. Then we decided to check out McCords Vancouver Toyota. That's were we met Bobby. At firs to purchase a vehicle. We had been looking on several lots. Then we decided to check out McCords Vancouver Toyota. That's were we met Bobby. At first I thought this was going to be the stereotypical used car salesman game. I was very wrong about that! Bobby was very helpful and at the same time wasn't pressuring us to buy a vehicle that second. I appreciated that. In the end the car wasn't right for us and we ended up getting a car elsewhere. Then it was my turn to buy a car. McCords was the first place I checked this time. I found a vehicle that I was very interested in buying... I just needed some time to talk to my wife then get back to them. Well, over the weekend it was sold. I even had Bobby work in a Toyota hat into the deal! (I was bummed about that not working out.) Agian, I found a vehicle elsewhere. This time the car I just purchased had a recall on it. At this point my favorite place to go is McCords now. I walked in to the service department and Sergey was super inviting and wanted to help me even though I didn't purchase the vehicle from there lot (I was concerned about being treated badly for that fact.) The entire time they communicated with me about my vehicle. I was apart of the process! Meanwhile I decided to see if I could find a "Toyota hat" (that I wasn't able to secure in the car deal. Lol) in the parts department. Those guys are awesome too! They told me they have a shipment of hats coming in and I could wait to have a better selection. Wow. I was getting excellent customer service across the board! Then I went to pick up my vehicle and met Jacob. He acted like getting the car for me was his number one priority. I felt like royalty at this point. Then I hopped into my car and there was a little butterscotch candy attached to a customer service review card! I was like, whoever runs this place needs to know that they are doing well and to keep it up. I even told my wife that I feel that "this dealership" may be worth the extra time and money.
