The purchasing portion of the car sale went very smoothly, but everything afterwards has been a big headache. The details of the car titling most especially. I was told to get the VIN Inspection com smoothly, but everything afterwards has been a big headache. The details of the car titling most especially. I was told to get the VIN Inspection completed in Oregon, and was told I could not have it completed until the dealership sent me the title. I called the dealership to ask for the title and was told to then go to the DEQ, which I did and then was told I should not be at the DEQ that I should be given the title. I was then told that I could come up to the dealership to pick up the title and the extra key I was owed, so I came up and when I arrive they told me I was misinformed and could not pick up the title for another week. I asked to pick up the key fob I was told I got get at the parts department, and the parts department said that I could not pick up the key without and appointment and tried to schedule me out for another day. Audri and her assistant ended up being gracious enough to help get the key fob programmed (which did not take that long and seemed like something that should not have been made such a big deal). I do not like to complain, but just felt this process (which I paid $895 for on closing costs to be "done for me") has been anything but easy. I would just like for the next Oregon resident who buys a car here to not be misled so many times to make the process more clear. It wasn’t expensive but they bent over backwards to take care of me highway recommend this dealership. More
