I had a wonderful experience at Pugmire Ford of Cartersville! Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. DeShawn, Bobby, and Ke Cartersville! Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. DeShawn, Bobby, and Keilan were all great to work with, but I especially want to recognize Keilan Gilmore. He truly went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel overwhelming, but this team made the process smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end. I felt well taken care of and never pressured.
