Short version bought a pre owned truck from them. Looked at a new the salesman said oh no your payment will be a lot higher well he didn’t even check. A couple weeks later I went back to see about trading and guess what the finance guy was able to match the price of the used one I bought but they would not work with me on just taking the pre owned one back. Even though I put 25,000 down and have bought several vehicles from them. They could have swapped me out I had put less then 800 miles on it. Just shows no loyalty from buying several cars and putting 25k down. Not happy with them and never will buy another one from them or send any family or friends that way. If they cared about loyalty and keeping customers happy they would have swapped me out it would have cost them nothing the truck was still same condition with a few hundred miles difference they would not have lost anything. I would recommend staying away from this dealership. Google should have zero stars. I wish I could go back I would have never bought anything there if I knew they didn’t care about customers. I work hard for my money like everyone else and don’t appreciate being took for 25k. Worst mistake of my life going there. Figured they would get back with me and try and work it out. But apparently not guess they could care less. Thanks for making this car buying experience so wonderful I really appreciate it. Nothing better to make a customer feel just great. Update as you can tell they have not tried to make this right really shows how much they value their customers….. Put me in the truck you should have the first time or give me my 25k back. I hope that you enjoyed that little bit more commission that you got off sticking me with a used one. What stand up gentleman you guys are. Know what they say about karma. A real dealership/general manager would have stepped up and fixed the issue… Just remember the saying one good experience you tell 10 people one bad experience you tell hundreds of people… More
