Between the internet force, sales, management, and finance, I was able to preview the lot on my own, be connected to an outstanding salesman and find exactly what I needed, in almost no time. Most impressively, Miller Ford was able to help me dispose of my totaled car for salvage and expense the tow to their own dealership. I even got a little bit back from the salvage for my used car purchase. This was one of the first "adult" purchases I have made and I felt comfortable and welcome to express my thoughts, ideas, options, and opinions. The employees were easy to reach and the dealership's hours were awesome! It was almost like having an extra hour in the day, just when you needed it.
