To me service starts with staff that greets you when you enter the business. I would like to think Sales Consultant Bobby Holcy and TJ Ruff for being courteous, polite and giving me real numbers and facts a enter the business. I would like to think Sales Consultant Bobby Holcy and TJ Ruff for being courteous, polite and giving me real numbers and facts about my recent purchasing of two vehicles ( Mazda 3 and a Mazda CX-50 ) on September 27, 2025 at Davis Gainesville Automotive. I'm a returning customer, and overs the years I have purchased over nine (9) Mazda vehicles, so simultaneously I'm use to negotiating. In my book the " Mazda Vehicle" is (Top-Notch) I like the high - quality interior, the responsive of the handling of the Mazda. I can never you guys enough for the service, concerns, and professionalism showed to me during the purchase of both vehicles. Guys always keep your sincerity and integrity, because real service is not bought or measured with money ( I mean that in a positive way) I also want to think every staff member that took part in making sure my purchase went smoothly. I have been leasing my vehicles specifically the Mazda CX 5 for several years from Davis GAINESVILLE . I believe I’m on my fourth one! I don’t have a negative thing to say. My agent is Bobby Holcy. He is the epitome of a respectful, patient, friendly and most of all honest sales agent. He is very calm and takes his time explaining things to me and sometimes I ask him more than once! I live in Ocala, Florida and I lease my vehicles from Davis GAINESVILLE automotive in Gainesville Florida. That should tell you something right there! Everyone that I have come in contact with there has always been pleasant and friendly. Give Bobby Holcy a raise! Or a bonus or something! He has definitely earned it.
