I was glad I found Bobby Howard at Honda of the Avenues when I moved back to Jacksonville a few years ago. Rarely have I encountered a Service Advisor with the combined technical knowledge, relatable personality and the overall reliability of just always being there - I know whenever I call Bobby with an issue with my car he's going to help me get it fixed in short order and I always enjoy our conversation when I see him.
