I think I'm done Superb job with the mechanics! Everything was going very well. My only exception was noticing that my vehicle was completed (seen it being parked) I Superb job with the mechanics! My only exception was noticing that my vehicle was completed (seen it being parked) I had to wait, and wait and wait, finally I was asked by the service secretary if I needed anything. I explained that my vehicle was done but I do not see my advisor. She told me that he was at lunch (understandable) but I do not need to wait until he returns before getting my car back. She said paperwork needs to be completed. I still was waiting, waiting, etc. finally with me hanging out by the service area, pacing, the same employee went to the service supervisor to let him know that I was not being completed. He sent someone over to my service advisor's desk to get my paperwork..... so it was NOT being finalized... they had not even attempted to be ready for me. After he got it they only took a few more minutes to let me know they were ready. The whole extra time took over an hour. I could have been doing many other things in that time. Bobby, even though was exceptional, should have told me that he was going to lunch and assigned it to another advisor/supervisor. More

Excellent Customer Care I must say that on my first visit, I decided to never return, but due to the convenience of the location, I called to ask questions. Bobby Howard actually answered the phone and answered all of my questions and actually booked my appointment. This will be my 2nd visit. When I arrived he was there to like a gentleman waiting to open the door for me. He was extremely professional, courteous and had a great personality. This was my second visit and I must admit, I will definitely come back again. I also want to give a thumbs up to Bobby Mandele who drove me to my office as my car was being taken care of. He dropped me off and picked me up with a smile. I even sat in the front seat!!!!! "Thanks Bobby for the comfortable ride to work" More

Maintenance I took my Odyssey in to have a vibration in the front end checked and was told the tires needed to be balanced and the front brake rotors turned (whic I took my Odyssey in to have a vibration in the front end checked and was told the tires needed to be balanced and the front brake rotors turned (which I suspected when I took it in). They performed those two services and my vehicle is now riding perfectly smooth at all speeds with no issues when braking. They did a great job (as usual) and got the vehicle back to me on time and clean with all issues corrected. The service advisors are great and the technicians really do an excellent job. More
